Greetings! My name is Bobby Fratta. I've been framed for capital murder & am incarcerated on Texas Death Row. I was born & raised in Westbury, NY. My dad died suddenly when I was 17. I was already working part-time from age 16 & continued thru college. After getting ray A.A. Degree I got hired by American Airlines at JFK Airport. I then transferred. toHartford, then Las Vegas, & finally Houston - where I got married & had 3 children I cherished, nurtured, & love unconditionally with all my heart. I quit being a ticket agent to become a firefighter, police officer, & emergency care attendant, which I did for 10 years up until my case occurred. I am reportedly the only man on any Death Row in the U.S. who has no prior criminal history & has never even been accused of committing any act of violence; including in my case! Since my arrest in 1995 - I've written HUNDREDS of letters to the FBI, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys Office, Presidents, Governors, Attorney Generals, District Attorneys, politicians, judges, courts, sheriffs, Texas Rangers, city councilmen, organizations, churches, media sources, & individuals, begging for a thorough investigation of my case & for all the withheld evidence to be turned over to me. But ALL have either refused me or ignored me altogether. I have NO money to hire any attorneys or investigators, & my court appointed attorneys have all SABOTAGED ME. So I've also written many law firms & attorneys asking for pro bona help, but no success there either. I've had to study some law & routinely filed/file motions, briefs, & certioraris myself “pro se", but the courts basically all ignore me. I've requested to be accepted as “hybrid”/co-counsel along with my ineffective attorneys for ray trial & appeals, rut the judges wont let me. (It's IMPORTANT TO NOTE that Texas Constitution Article 1 Section 10, & Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 1.05 BOIH MANDATE: "In ALL criminal prosecutions the accused SHALL have the RIGHT … of being heard by himself or counsel, or BOTH"! Yet I keep getting turned down). Corruption runs rampant in our State & Federal governments, especially amongst the strong political clique of Freemasons involved in my case who are protecting those framing me. I’m unable to get any justice. I need out-of-State help & federal intervention from D.C. Since I've been unable to obtain either, I'm asking you readers to please help me.

 

I don’t expect people to simply believe I'm innocent, so I'll posting some withheld evidence & legal docs following this letter. For example, the 1st 2 documents should be the "confessions" my 2 so-called "co-defendants" made in 1998 that my trial attorneys REFUSED to tell the jurors about. Compare all that DETAILED information with what the detectives, prosecutors, & media claim happened - so you can begin to understand the magnitude of corruption & cover-ups, ongoing in my case, & why I NEED an "outside" investigation. As you read what Joseph Prystash & Howard Guidry said, keep in mind that Kevin Miller went & told the dirty detectives the truth of what happened after I was arrested. But instead of me being exonerated & released, Kevin was suddenly mysteriously MURDERED shortly thereafter. To this day, detectives & prosecutors REFUSE to reveal what Kevin told them, & my sabotaging attorneys REFUSE to file motions for discovery &/or an FBI investigation to GET Kevin's information! Following the 2 statements should be a copy of the forged document my wife Farah & her father, Syed ''Lex" Baquer typed up & FORGED my signature to: in order to STEAL the money I acquired & gave to my 3 children which is mentioned in the 2 confessions (over $150,000 at the time of the theft). Next should be a 2 page letter from Barclays Bank that PROVES Lex USED the forged document to close out the account I had opened for my children, and that Farah knew all about it. Farah is dead BECAUSE of that forgery & theft. I've mailed copies of that forged document to the D.A.s, etc, but NO ONE will even investigate those criminal felony acts. Instead, the D.A.s, sheriffs, etc, are all PROTECTING Lex because he’s friends with them all!

I have very few friends & need others to please help out. If anyone would care enough to help with: sending money to my 3 children to help THEM out; trying to get the D.C. FBI to come speak with me & investigate my claims; getting a large firm to come onto my case pro bono; sending money for me to hire attorneys or investigators; buying me newspaper or magazine subscriptions; sending money to my prison account so I can buy stamps, food (I'm hypoglycemic), & other commissary items; or any other means of help, PLEASE write me with your name & address, & email address.
