Following are 5 documents I filed during my 11.071 State habeas appeal. The 1st document is my 5 page motion to dismiss. 2nd is my 7 page supplement dated 9/10/12. 3rd is my 2 page supplement dated 11/4/12. 4th is my motion requesting an FBI and Texas congressional investigation of my case dated 9/22/13. This is 1 of many motions I've filed that have gone ignored. What's amazing about this motion, is that I was already officially designated as pro se only - a month prior on 8/22/13 by Judge Brad Hart. Once pro se, Judge Hart/the court "must" rule on my pro se filings. So how does Judge Hart get away with ignoring this (&my many other filings)1It's all part of the politics and corruption ongoing in my case. Lex, the D.A.s, sheriff department, etc, certainly do NOT want a D.C. FBI &/or Texas congressional investigation of my case because it will expose them all for fraying me! My 5th document is my proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law (PFFCL) that is 12 pages long.
